The participant of the IP must make a security payment in the amount of 1% of the initial (maximum) lot value (excluding VAT) as security for the application for participation in the IP.
The participant recognized as the WP Winner is obliged to make a security payment in the amount of 5% of the value of the works specified in the final offer (excluding VAT) to the account JSC "NTEK" according to the details specified in Appendix No. 10 of Block 4 to this documentation or by providing a bank guarantee.
