Payment for the work performed is carried out within 30 calendar days (if the price of the contract is up to 5 million rubles including VAT (inclusive), or if the contract is concluded with the only Contractor - the organization of the industry (without price limitation)) / 15 working days (in the case of concluding a contract on the results of the procurement with the SME entity) upon receipt by the Customer of the reporting materials for stages 1, 2 in full in accordance with the Schedule of work (Appendix No. 3 Part 3 "Draft contract" of Volume 1 of the procurement documentation) and in a quality acceptable for their further use.
