Payment terms:Within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Act of incoming control of the Equipment, the Consignment Note (TORG-12), the Act of acceptance and transfer of the Equipment (Appendix No. 6 to the Agreement), subject to the provision of the originals of the following documents: invoices, invoice, the Buyer pays the Supplier 100% (One hundred percent) of the cost under the Agreement, minus the amount of the Advance paid, if the effect of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. N 1352 applies to the Customer, and the Contractor applies to SMEs - 15 (fifteen) working days.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
