Payment terms:
1.Заказчик уплачивает Подрядчику аванс в размере 10% (десяти процентов) от стоимости первого Этапа работ. Оплата производится в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Договора, но не ранее чем за 30 календарных дней до начала работ при условии получения счета, выставленного Подрядчиком.
Авансовые платежи по последующим Этапам работ выплачиваются не ранее, чем за 30 (тридцать) календарных дней до даты начала выполнения работ, на основании счета, выставленного Подрядчиком.
2.Последующие платежи в размере 90% (девяносто процентов) от стоимости каждого Этапа работ (за исключением непредвиденных расходов) выплачиваются в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Сторонами документов, на основании счёта Подрядчика.
