Payment terms:Форма оплаты: безналичный расчет.
Оплата стоимости Работ производится Заказчиком на расчетный счет Подрядчика следующим образом:
- путем перечисления 50% (пятьдесят процентов) предоплаты (аванс) суммы Договора, в течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней с момента подписания Договора обеими сторонами.
Оставшаяся часть суммы – 50% (пятьдесят процентов) - перечисляется на счет Подрядчика в течение 5 (пяти) банковских дней с момента подписания Акта приемки выполненных работ (по форме КС-2), справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (по форме КС-3).
Оплата производится на основании получения счета на оплату Работ.
Датой оплаты является дата поступления денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика.
Delivery terms:Место выполнения Работ: 420095, Республика Татарстан, г. Казань, ул. Восстания, д. 100.
Сроки выполнения Работ: не более 60 (шестидесяти) календарных дней с даты заключения Договора.
Условия выполнения Работ: в соответствии с Частью 2 закупочной документации («Техническое задание»).
