Payment terms:
The Customer, within 15 (Fifteen) business days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, subject to receipt of the Contractor's account and ensuring the return of the advance, makes an advance payment of 30% of the price of the Agreement. The settlement of the advance payment paid is made upon the subsequent transfer of funds by the Customer for the services rendered by the contractor.
Payment for the Services rendered by the Contractor is made by the Customer at the price determined by the Agreement, within 60 (Sixty) calendar days from the date the Contractor renders the services provided, subject to the proper fulfillment by the Contractor of its obligations.
