3. The monthly fee is made by the Operator on the basis of the original invoice issued by the Contractor;
4. The Contractor within the period up to the 5th day of the month following the billing period shall send the Operator by mail an invoice for the payment of services rendered by the Contractor to the Operator under this contract in the settlement period, and invoice; $
5. The invoice is paid by the Operator until the last day of the month following the settlement period.
