Payment terms:
4.1. Contractual payments are made by the main contractor on the contractor's bank account specified in the particulars of this Treaty, in the following order:
4.1.1. The contractor performed the work payments shall be made in the light of section 4.2 of the Treaty and should be made by the general contractor within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of acceptance of the executed works (form COP-2) and information about the cost of works and costs (form COP-3), subject to the provision by the contractor to the above documents, the originals of invoices for payment and invoice.
4.2. Payments for work performed by the contractor general contractor work is performed in accordance with clause 4.1.1 of this agreement and after deduction of:

Along with the Act of acceptance-delivery services provides prime contractor Contractor invoice according to the tax code of the Russian Federation.
4.3. The date of payment under this agreement is the date of debiting a current account for a general contractor. The Parties shall bear all costs associated with payments.
