Comments: -A participant of a ZP shall make a security payment in cash in the amount of 1% of the initial (maximum) value of the lot (excluding VAT) as security of the application for participation in the procurement procedure to the current account of Norilskenergo, a branch of MMC Norilsk Nickel, before the deadline for submitting applications on the details specified in the Instruction.
- The participant, recognized as the Winner of the ZP, is obliged to make a security payment in cash in the amount of 5% of the value of the works specified in the final commercial offer (excluding VAT) to the account " Norilskenergo, a branch of PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel according to the details specified in Appendix No. 6 to this Instruction, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the notice of the Participant's recognition as the Winner ZP before the conclusion of the contract. After the conclusion of the contract, in agreement with the Customer, this security payment may be replaced by a bank guarantee issued in accordance with paragraph 2.7 of the contract. The possibility of replacing the security payment made before the conclusion of the contract with a bank guarantee can be considered by the Customer on the terms of clause 2.6.5 of the Agreement only after its conclusion.
