A participant is obliged to make a security payment in cash in the amount of 1% of the initial (maximum) value of the lot (excluding VAT) as security of the application for participation in the ZP.
The Participant, recognized as the Winner of the ZP, is obliged to pay a security payment in cash in the amount of 5% of the value of the works specified in the final commercial offer (excluding VAT) to the account of the JSC "NTK" according to the details specified in Appendix №10 of Block 4 to this documentation, or by providing a bank guarantee.
