Payment terms:the payment performance of works: in accordance with the terms of the draft Treaty. Payment of 70% of the work performed is performed within 15 (fifteen) working days from the moment of signing by the parties of the Act of acceptance of work performed on the unified form # COP-2 and value of the work done and the costs of uniform # KS-3 without the comments. Final payment of work performed at the rate of 30% is produced by the contractor for a period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of performing all work under the contract (unless otherwise stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation).
