Обоснование: Признать победителем закупки: ООО СК "СтройСтандарт" (454048, Челябинская обл, Челябинск г, Блюхера ул, дом № 9 "В", офис 7), ИНН 7448109557, КПП 745101001 (является субъектом МСП, микропредприятие).
Заказчику заключить договор с Победителем в течение 20 рабочих дней, но не ранее 10 календарных дней с даты размещения на официальном сайте данного протокола, на выполнение комплекса проектно-изыскательских и строительно-монтажных работ (ПИР+СМР) по электросетевым объектам напряжением 10-0,2 кВ, реализуемым в рамках исполнения договоров технологического присоединения в 2018-2019 гг. ПО ЗЭС филиала ОАО "МРСК Урала" - "Челябэнерго", на сумму 5 932 203,39 руб. без НДС (7 000 000,00 руб. с НДС), с суммарной стоимостью единичных расценок на Проектные работы – 5 351,41 руб. без НДС, с суммарной стоимостью единичных расценок на топографо – геодезические работы – 1 599,83 руб. без НДС, с суммарной стоимостью единичных расценок на инженерно – геологические изыскания – 228,86 руб. без НДС и с коэффициентом снижения затрат на выполнение СМР – 0,89 условных единиц. Срок выполнения работ: начало выполнения работ - с момента заключения договора; окончание работ – 365 календарных дней с момента заключения договора и иными существенными условиями согласно Документации и заявке Победителя.
