Payment terms:
Payment for the work performed by the Subcontractor is made by the General Contractor on a monthly basis, subject to the receipt of budgetary funds from the Customer, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the acceptance certificate of the completed works KS-2, a certificate of the cost of the work performed and the costs of KS- 3 on the basis of the original invoice, invoice issued by the Subcontractor to the General Contractor. The invoice is provided and executed by the Subcontractor in accordance with clause 3 of article 168 and clause 5 of article 169 of the Tax Code. Monthly Acts on acceptance of work performed in the form of KS-2 and certificates of the cost of work and costs KS-3 and invoice shall be submitted by the Contractor no later than the 25th day of the current month.
