Обоснование: На основании п. 7.5.2. (а) Единого стандарта закупок, утвержденного Советом директоров ОАО «МРСК Урала», и п. 2.11.1. (б) Документации о закупке признать процедуру открытого запроса предложений на Право заключения договора на выполнение комплекса инженерно-изыскательских работ (для целей проектирования) на объектах инвестиционной программы (в том числе технологического присоединения) в 2018г. ПО Западные электрические сети филиала ОАО «МРСК Урала» - «Свердловэнерго» НЕСОСТОЯВШЕЙСЯ в связи с тем, что принято решение об отказе в допуске всем участникам, подавшим заявки.
