Advance payment of 30% of the price of phase I research and Development Contract, payable by the customer within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the provision of Executive enforcement obligations on repayment of the advance payment in accordance with section 16 of the Treaty, provided provide Executor invoices for payment.
Payment of the remaining 70% of the price of phase I research and Development Contract in proportion to the value of each stages of phase I RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENT research and Development Contract is carried out by the customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the taking over certificate each stages of phase I RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENT research and Development Contract, subject to the proper fulfilment of obligations assumed by the Executive.
