The R&D payment is carried out in the following order:
Advance 30% of the price of the Contract specified in clause 6.1 within 10 (ten) calendar days after the conclusion of the Agreement, transfer to the Customer the account for payment and ensuring the fulfillment of obligations under the Agreement in in accordance with section 16.
Payment of the remaining part of 70% of the price of the Contract is made within 45 (forty-five) /upon conclusion of the contract with SMEs 15 (fifteen) working days after the Contractor's delivery and acceptance by the Customer R&D, issued by the act of delivery and acceptance of works and an invoice for the work performed, subject to receipt of funds from the General Customer for these purposes.
