Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment under the Contract is made by the Customer on the basis of the Certificate of Completion of Works in the KS-2 form, a certificate of the cost of the work performed in the KS-3 form (primary accounting documents), issued by the Contractor, with a payment delay of at least 60 days and no more than 90 days.

For SMPS entities, payment under the Contract is made by the Customer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing the Works Acceptance Certificate, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents.
