Payment terms:
Payment under the Agreement shall be made by the Customer on the basis of the Certificate of Completion in the form of KS-2 (primary accounting documents) issued by the Contractor with a delay of payment of at least 60 days and not more than 90 days. For participants belonging to small / medium-sized businesses, payment for the Products shall be made by the Buyer with a delay of not more than 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products to the Buyer.
Deferred payment is calculated from the date of signing the primary accounting documents, subject to the provision of invoices issued by the Contractor in accordance with the requirements of the RF Tax Code. Primary accounting documents are signed by the Parties on a monthly basis not earlier than the 25th day of each month.
Calculations under the contract are made in cash, and may also have a different form that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
