Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract Price (works) made by the Customer upon performance of work under the contract and the achievement of the result of work on the basis of signed the Act of acceptance of the work with a delay of not less than sixty (60) nor more than ninety (90) calendar days, if the contract is concluded with small and medium-sized businesses with a delay of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance of work, subject to the submission by the Contractor to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- Act of Acceptance signed by the Parties;
- A copy of the consignment note / Act / Registry of acceptance-transfer of the Contractor to the Customer a complete set of documentation on the stage of the work;
- the original invoice;
- the original invoice, drawn up on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Works and delivered to the customer within 5 calendar days from the date of execution of works,
in the absence of the claims and the requirements of the Customer quality and turnaround time.
Treaty settlements are made by transferring money to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement and may also have a different form of payment, does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
