Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for the Works performed is made by the Customer upon the completion of all Works under the contract and the achievement of the work result on the basis of the Works Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties, with a delay of at least 60 (Sixty) and no more than 90 (Ninety) calendar days (if the contract is concluded with a small entity) and medium-sized businesses within 15 (Fifteen) working days) from the date of signing the Work Acceptance Certificate, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
ü Works acceptance certificate signed by the Parties;
Industrial safety expertise conclusion
ü A copy of the Invoice / Act / Register of acceptance and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of Documentation for the Stage of work;
ü original invoice;
ü the original invoice, drawn up on the basis of the Work Acceptance Certificate and handed over to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of completion of the work,
provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer for the quality and timing of the work performed.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier, and may also have another form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the participants in the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a forfeit in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (including taxes). 3. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to conduct a price regulation procedure.

5. The contract based on the results of the AWP is concluded no earlier than ten days and no later than twenty days from the date of posting in the EIS the final protocol drawn up based on the results of the AWP.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Proposals, set in the Notice of the request for proposals with notification of all participants.
