If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the Work performed is made by the Customer upon completion of all Work and acceptance by the Customer of the Result of work on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Work signed by the Parties, with a delay of at least 60 not more than 90 calendar days from the date of signing the Act of acceptance of Work, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
signed by the Parties;
 Copy of the Invoice/Certificate/Register of acceptance-transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of Documentation for the Stage of work;
 Originals of positive conclusions, examinations, approvals, permits issued by Specialized organizations for Documentation;
 original invoice;
 the original invoice issued on the basis of the Act of acceptance of the Work and handed over to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of completion of the work,
provided there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and timing of the Work performed.
In case of conclusion of a contract with the SMSP:
Payment for the Work performed is made by the Customer upon completion of all Work under the Contract and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the Result of work under the Contract within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer signed and sent by the Contractor the Act of acceptance of the Work performed on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the Contract are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, and may also have another form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the participants of the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are provided with a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes).
3. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to conduct a price regulation procedure.
4. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who has proposed the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The contract based on the results of the OPP is concluded no earlier than ten days and no later than twenty days from the date of placement in the UIS of the final protocol drawn up based on the results of the OPP.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Proposals set in the Notice of the Request for proposals with notification of all participants
