Auto-extension

Payment terms:
payment of the executed works is made by the customer on the fact of completion of all works and acceptance by the customer of the result of works (if the participant belongs to SMSP) on the basis of the agreement signed by the parties, with delay not more than 30 calendar days from Date of signing of the Act of acceptance of works, provided the contractor submitted a complete set of the following documents:
ü of the Act of Acceptance of works signed by the parties;
ü copy of the Invoice/ACT/Register on acceptance-transfer by the contractor to the customer of the complete set of documentation on the stage of work;
ü Originals of positive conclusions, examinations, approvals, permits issued by the specialized organizations on the documentation on the relevant stage of works;
ü of the original account;
ü of the original invoice, issued on the basis of the act of acceptance of the works and transferred to the customer within 5 calendar days from the date of performance of works,
Subject to the absence of claims and requirements from the customer on the quality and terms of work performed.
Payment of the executed works is made by the customer on the fact of completion of all works and acceptance by the customer of the result of works (if the participant does not belong to SMSP) on the basis of the agreement signed by the parties, with a delay no more than 60-90 calendar days From the date of signing the act of acceptance of the work, provided the contractor presented the customer complete set of the following documents:
ü of the Act of Acceptance of works signed by the parties;
ü copy of the Invoice/ACT/Register on acceptance-transfer by the contractor to the customer of the complete set of documentation on the stage of work;
ü Originals of positive conclusions, examinations, approvals, permits issued by the specialized organizations on the documentation on the relevant stage of works;
ü of the original account;
- Original invoice, issued on the basis of the act of acceptance of works and transferred to the customer within 5 calendar days from the date of performance of works, provided there are no claims and requirements on the part of the customer on the quality and terms of the executed Works.
Payment of the stage of work 4 (Payment of services on author's supervision), is carried out by the customer monthly/on the fact of rendering of all services on copyright supervision, on the basis of the agreement signed by the parties of acceptance of rendered services, with a delay of no more than 30 calendar Days-if the participant belongs to SMSP (with a delay of not more than 60-90 calendar days-If the participant does not belong to SMSP) after submission of the following documents by the contractor:
- Of the original account in which the following should be stated: 100% of the amount to be paid-1 copies;
- Original invoice, issued on the basis of the act of acceptance of rendered services and transferred to the customer within 5 calendar days from the moment of rendering of services;
Settlements under the agreement are made by transfer of funds to the account of the supplier, specified in the agreement, and may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the participants of the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals shall be provided with a penalty of 2% of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (including taxes). If the initial (maximum) price of the contract does not exceed five million rubles the requirement to ensure the application for participation in the purchase is not established.
3. The organizer of the request for proposals may conduct the procedure of price regulation.
4. The winner of the request for proposals will be chosen by the participant, who offered the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The Agreement on the results of the OZP shall be no earlier than ten days and not later than twenty days from the date of placement in the EIS of the final protocol drawn up by the results of the OZP.
6. If necessary, the customer has the right to extend the deadline for the acceptance of proposals, established in the notice of request for proposals with the notification of all participants.
