Payment terms:
Payment of the Works performed shall be made by the Customer upon completion of all Works and acceptance by the Customer of the Work Results on the basis of the Certificate of Acceptance of Works signed by the Parties, with a delay of not less than 60 (Sixty) and not more than 90 (Ninety) calendar days (if the contract is concluded with a participant that is not related to the SMSP), with a delay of 30 (Thirty) calendar days (if the contract is concluded with a as of the date of signing the Certificate of Acceptance of Works, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
Certificate of Acceptance of Works signed by the Parties;
Copy of the Consignment Invoice Act/Register of Acceptance and Transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the complete set of Documentation on the Stage of Work;
original account;
original invoice issued on the basis of the Certificate of Acceptance and Acceptance of Works and handed over to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of performance of the work,
provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and terms of the works performed.
