Обеспечение исполнения договора предусмотрено, в т.ч. обеспечение исполнения договора в случае предоставления заявки с аномально низкой ценой, при этом под аномально низкой ценой (демпингом) понимается снижение цены участником конкурентной закупочной процедуры (далее - участник) относительно начальной (максимальной) цены договора, указанной Заказчиком в извещении о проведении закупки, на 25 и более процентов (согласно условиям, изложенным в пункте 6.2.1 части II «ОБЩИЕ УСЛОВИЯ ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ ЗАКУПКИ».)
