terms of payment by lot: In accordance with section 1 "Basic provisions of the contract", article 5 "procedure and Conditions of payments" of the draft contract:
"5.1. Payments are made by the customer within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing of the corresponding Act on acceptance of performed works in the amount specified in the Help on the cost of performed works and expenses.
The Act on acceptance of executed works should be preliminary endorsed by the authorized representative of the executor on construction control.
Payment is made by the customer, subject to availability at the time of payment of the following documents:
(a) the invoice issued by the contractor;
5.2 The final payment under the agreement shall be made by the customer within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of approval of the acceptance certificate of the completed construction of the object by the Acceptance Commission subject to the following conditions:
(a) the invoice issued by the contractor;
5.3 Settlements under the agreement are made by payment orders by means of transferring money in rubles to the current account of the contractor specified in the agreement.
The date of payment is considered to be debited from the customer's current account. "
All prices in the application must include all costs of transportation, insurance, customs duties, taxes (Including VAT-20%) and other mandatory payments in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. All amounts of funds in the documents must be expressed in Russian rubles.
