Payment terms:
payment of the Contract price (completed Works) is made by the Customer in the following order:
calculations for completed and accepted Work on the Work Order (taking into account the Agreement on the enforcement of Obligations), within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Act of Acceptance of Completed Works signed and sent by the Contractor (form KS-2) on the basis of invoice issued by the Contractor. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the Contract are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, and may also have another form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the participants of the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are provided with a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes).
3. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to conduct a price regulation procedure.
4. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who has proposed the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The contract based on the results of the OPP is concluded no earlier than ten days and no later than twenty days from the date of posting in the UIS of the final protocol drawn up based on the results of the OPP.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Proposals set in the Notice of the Request for proposals with notification of all participants.
