Auto-extension

Payment terms:
if the participant does not belong to the SMSP, payment of the contract price (performed works) is made by the customer in the following order:
Advance payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of the MTR; Final calculation on the basis of the agreement signed by the parties on delivery of completed works on the order, with a delay of not less than 30 (thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of the executed works, provided Submission by the contractor to the customer of the complete set of the following documents:
ü Accounts;
ü of the Act of Acceptance of completed works (Form № KS-2), signed by the parties;
ü information on the cost of work performed and costs (Form № KS-3), signed by the parties;
ü Invoices;
ü Order;
ü Complete set of executive documentation (if applicable).
If the contractor belongs to the SMSP, payment of the contract price (performed works) shall be made by the customer on the basis of the agreement signed by the parties on the order delivery, deferred 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the Act Acceptance of the completed works, provided the contractor submitted the complete set of the following documents to the customer:
ü Accounts;
ü of the Act of Acceptance of completed works (Form № KS-2), signed by the parties;
ü information on the cost of work performed and costs (Form № KS-3), signed by the parties;
ü Invoices;
ü Order;
ü Complete set of executive documentation (if applicable).
Settlements under the agreement are made by transfer of funds to the current account of the contractor, specified in the agreement, and may have a different form of settlements, not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the participants of the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals shall be provided with a penalty of 2% of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (including taxes). If the initial (maximum) price of the contract does not exceed five million rubles the requirement to ensure the application for participation in the purchase is not established.
3. The organizer of the request for proposals may conduct the procedure of price regulation.
4. The winner of the request for proposals will be chosen by the participant, who offered the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The Agreement on the results of the OZP shall be no earlier than ten days and not later than twenty days from the date of placement in the EIS of the final protocol drawn up by the results of the OZP.
6. If necessary, the customer has the right to extend the deadline for the acceptance of proposals, established in the notice of request for proposals with the notification of all participants.
