Payment terms:
Payment for the work performed is made by the Customer within 45 (forty five) calendar days after the Parties signed the acceptance certificate for the work performed on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor. (* see footnote 1).
For counterparties of the Rosatom State Corporation contour, with concluded Agreements on the exchange of electronic documents:
Payment for the work performed for each stage of the Schedule is made by the Customer upon their completion, in accordance with the Scope of work performed and their payment (Appendix No. 6) with the submission by the Contractor of the documents specified in clause 4.1. of this Agreement "and on the basis of the signed FRTD within 45 calendar days.
In the event of a confirmed technical impossibility of using the Process for processing, agreeing and signing primary electronic documents, electronic documents are canceled and payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer on the basis of the completed primary documents in hard copy, namely: the acceptance certificate of the work performed, signed by the Customer, with an attachment to him an invoice, an annotation report and a set of documentation provided for by the Time Schedule (Appendix No. 2) and the Terms of Reference (Appendix No. 1) within 45 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered. The originals of the documents specified in this clause are transferred by the Contractor to the Customer in any way that allows to reliably establish the date of such transfer.
