Calculations for the performed works are made monthly within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment the Contractor submits payment documents (invoice, invoice for payment), issued on the basis of the Reference on the cost of work performed and costs (form No. КС-3) , signed by the Parties of the Acceptance of Completed Work Act (form No.KS-2), compiled on the basis of the estimate documentation (Appendix 2 to the Contract), subject to the delivery of the executive documentation issued to the Customer in accordance with clause 5.1 of the agreement.
