This Bidding procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall within the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier. 3. On the site it is necessary to give the total amount for the entire package of services by type of processing (partial submission by item is possible).
