— Membership of the Contest Participant in a self-regulatory organization that prepares project documentation;
— the Participant has the right to carry out design works under contracts concluded using competitive methods of concluding contracts;
— compliance with the level of responsibility of the Participant in the competition for compensation fund for damage compensation in a self-regulatory organization based on the membership of the persons preparing the project documentation, price of design works under the Contract proposed by the Participant in the bid for participation in the procurement;
— compliance with the level of responsibility of the Participant in the competition for the compensation fund of contractual obligations in a self-regulatory organization based on the membership of the persons carrying out training project documentation, the price of design works under the Contract proposed by the Participant in the bid for participation in the procurement;
b) the failure to liquidate the Participant — a legal entity and the absence of a decision by the arbitral tribunal on recognition of the Participant — a legal entity, an individual entrepreneur bankrupt and the opening of competitive proceedings; $
c) non-suspension of the Participant's activities in accordance with the procedure provided for by the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation on the day of submission of the Contest application;
d) submission of the information provided for in paragraph 5.1.4 of the Contest documentation;
e) the Participant has no arrears in taxes, fees, debts on other mandatory payments to the budgets of the budget system of the Russian Federation (except for the amounts for which the Deferral, installments, investment tax credit in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees, which are restructured in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation Federations for which there is a valid court decision recognizing the applicant's obligation to pay these amounts executed or which are found to be uncollectible in accordance with the the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees) for the past calendar year, the amount of which exceeds 25% (Twenty-five percent) of the carrying value of the Participant's assets, according to the financial statements for the last reporting period. g) absence of the Participant — an individual or the head, members of the collegial executive body or the chief accountant of the legal entity — the Participant of the competition criminal record for crimes in the sphere of economy (with the exception of persons whose criminal record has been extinguished or withdrawn), as well as failure to apply to these individuals the penalty of deprivation of the right to occupy $ certain posts or activities related to the supply of goods, the performance of work, the provision of services subject to procurement and administrative $ punishment in the form of disqualification.$

Contract conclusion date:
The contract on the results of the competition between the Customer and the Winner of the competition shall be concluded no earlier than 10 (Ten) days and no later than 20 (Twenty) days from the date of placement in the unified information the system of the final protocol drawn up on the results of the competition.
The contract shall be concluded in writing by executing a sinlge document signed by the parties.
