Payment terms:Работы выполняются без авансирования всей работы либо ее части. Оплата работ производится следующим образом: 50% в течение 45 (сорока пяти) дней, 50% в течение 120 (ста двадцати) дней после получения от Подрядчика технической (проектно-сметной) документации, Акта сдачи-приемки выполненных работ и счета-фактуры, но не ранее включения платежей в план финансирования ОАО «ТГК-9». Уступка прав требований по оплате третьей стороне - только с письменного согласия Заказчика. Участник конкурса может предложить иной порядок расчетов.
