Payment terms:payment for the work performed by the Subcontractor is made by the General Contractor, subject to the receipt of budgetary funds from the Customer, within 45 (forty-five) calendar days (for SMEs - no more than 15 working days) from the moment the parties signed an act of acceptance of work performed KS-2, a certificate of the cost of the work performed and the costs of KS-3 based on the originals of the invoice, invoice issued by the Subcontractor to the General Contractor. The invoice is provided and executed by the Subcontractor in accordance with clause 3 of article 168 and clause 5 of article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Delivery - acceptance of the work performed is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of Part 3 "Draft Agreement" of Volume 1 of the procurement documentation. Monthly Acts of acceptance of work performed in the form of KS-2 and certificates of the cost of work performed and costs KS-3 and an invoice are provided by the Subcontractor no later than the 25th day of the current month. The works are considered accepted after the signing of the Act of acceptance of the work performed (form KS-2) and the Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form KS-3) by the General Contractor and approval of the Executive documentation by the Customer.
