Payment terms:
Payment for the Work Performed shall be made by the Customer upon completion of all Work and acceptance by the Customer of the Result of the Work on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of the Work signed by the Parties, with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing from the date of signing of the Act of Acceptance of the Work, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a full a set of the following documents:
The act of delivery and acceptance of Works, signed by the Parties;
A copy of the Register of acceptance-transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of Work Documentation;
original invoice;
the original invoice issued on the basis of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the Work and handed over to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of completion of the work,
provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and timing of the Work performed.
If the contract is concluded with a small and medium-sized business entity, then Payment for the Work performed is made by the Customer upon completion of all Work under the Contract and the Contractor transfers to the Customer the Result of the work under the Contract within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the Work Performed signed and sent by the Contractor (form Vn-D-02) on the basis of invoice issued by the Contractor. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account specified in this Agreement, and may also have another form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
