Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Work Performed shall be made by the Customer upon completion of all Work and acceptance by the Customer of the Result of the Work on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of the Work signed by the Parties, with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing from the date of signing of the Act of Acceptance of the Work, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a full a set of the following documents:
The act of delivery and acceptance of works, signed by the Parties;
A copy of the Register of acceptance-transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of Work Documentation;
original invoice;
the original invoice issued on the basis of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the work and handed over to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of completion of the work,
provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and timing of the work performed. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
If the contract is concluded with a small and medium-sized business entity, then Payment for the Work performed is made by the Customer upon completion of all Work under the Contract and the Contractor transfers to the Customer the Result of Work under the Contract within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the work performed signed and sent by the Contractor on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account specified in this Agreement, and may also have another form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the Bidders of the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes).

5. The contract based on the results of the OPP is concluded no earlier than ten days and no later than twenty days from the date of posting in the EIS of the final protocol drawn up based on the results of the OPP.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Offers set out in the Bid Notice on the request for proposals with the notification of all Bidders.
