Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the payment for the work performed under this contract shall be carried out by the customer in cash, on a monthly basis in fact of fulfilled per month Works with deferred payment not less than 60 (sixty) not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days after the signing of the the two sides:
Acceptance certificate of executed works in form of COP 2;
For information about the value of work performed and costs under the form of COP 3;
The original invoice for payment, which must be specified as follows: 100% of the amount payable;
The original invoice issued on the basis of the acceptance certificate of executed works and passed to the customer within 5 calendar days from the date of execution of the works,
Assuming no claims and demands from the customer by the quality and timing of work performed.
Calculations are made under contract by transferring money to the account of the Contractor indicated in the contract.
If the contract is with SMSP, the payment period shall be in accordance with applicable law.
