The right of conclusion of the agreement of fulfillment of works of repair of pipelines of CGES of the branch Nevsky of JSC "TGC-1"

Lot #1. Replacement of the site of raw water pipeline 426x8 after raw water heater of the boiler and turbine shop #1 of the electric power station # 1 (9 t) CGES of the branch "Nevsky" (JSC "TGC-1")

Lot #2. Repair of pipelines of boiler and turbine shop #1 of the electric power stations ## 1, 3 of CGES of the branch "Nevsky" (JSC "TGC-1")

Lot #3. Replacement of the site of makeup water pipeline 530x8 from pressure locks of boost pumps PPN-1-4 to the locks behind the level regulator of network water deaerators DSV-1,2 of boiler and turbine shop #1 of the electric power station # 1 (8,2 t) of CGES of the branch "Nevsky" (JSC "TGC-1")

Lot #4. Repair of pipelines of boiler and turbine shop #2 of the electric power station # 2 (including in the shutdown period) of CGES of the branch "Nevsky" (JSC "TGC-1")

Lot #5. Replacement of the pipeline site 530x8 of direct Vereisk duct within the boiler and turbine shop #1 of the electric power station # 1 (5,1 t) of CTEC of the branch "Nevsky" (JSC "TGC-1")

Lot #6. Replacement of the pipeline site of boost water 530x8 after locks behind the level regulating valve in the network water deaerators DSV-1, 2 to collector of reverse network water of the boiler and turbine shop #1 of the electric power station # 1 (7 t) of CTEC of the branch "Nevsky" (JSC "TGC-1")

Requirements to the participants:В конкурсе могут принять участие юридические лица, удовлетворяющие следующим требованиям:
•обладающие гражданской правоспособностью для заключения договора;
•имеющие устойчивое финансовое положение, не находящиеся в процессе банкротства и (или) в процессе ликвидации;
•на имущество участника в части, существенной для исполнения договора, не должен быть наложен арест;
•исполняющие свои обязательства по уплате налогов и обязательных платежей;
•обладающие всеми необходимыми для выполнения договора лицензиями, видами ресурсов, компетентностью, квалификацией;
•требованиям, указанным в конкурсной документации.
Documentation kit:Комплект Конкурсной документации может быть получен всеми Участниками, начиная с 28.04.06 г., после того, как они разместят свою заявку на электронной торговой площадке «b2b-energo»

Tender bids:Конкурсные предложения должны быть заполнены разборчиво, на русском языке в соответствии с требованиями Конкурсной документации, и доставлены:
1) в электронном виде через Систему b2b-energo;
2) в запечатанных конвертах Организатору конкурса по адресу: 191186, Санкт-Петербург, Марсово Поле, д.1, комн. 366, отдел организации конкурсов.
На лицевой стороне конверта следует указать:
1.Название и номер конкурса;
2.Организация;
3.Доставить в отдел организации конкурсов не позднее 11-00 (моск.) 01.06.2006 г.
ВНИМАНИЕ! Конкурсные предложения высланные почтой или курьером допускаются к конкурсу, только при наличии аналогичного конкурсного предложения в электронной форме на торговой площадке B2B-energo.
Опоздание конвертов с конкурсными предложениями без уведомления Заказчика дает право Заказчику не принимать к рассмотрению предложения в электронной форме.
Bid opening place:Вскрытие конвертов с конкурсными предложениями состоится по адресу: 191186, Санкт-Петербург, Марсово поле, д.1.
Присутствие представителей Участников - по желанию, с обязательным уведомлением Организатора.
Bid submission deadline:Bid opening accomplished 01.06.2006 at 11:00 MSK.
Contract award criteria and Contract execution term:Победителем конкурса будет признан Участник, предложивший наилучшие условия в соответствии с Конкурсной документацией
Starting purchase price:Не устанавливается
Rebidding (price regulation):Organizer may exercise the right to hold a rebidding.
Additional information:Договор с победителем конкурса будет подписан по типовой форме ОАО "ТГК-1".
Организатор конкурса оставляет за собой право отказаться от проведения конкурса без каких - либо для себя последствий не позднее 3-х дней до даты вскрытия конвертов.

Decision of the competitive commission:

  1. For Lot No. 1 the Customer ОАО "ТГК-1" shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "ЭНЕРГОСЕРВИС" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 424 800,00 RUB (VAT free).
  2. For Lot No. 2 the Customer ОАО "ТГК-1" shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "ЭНЕРГОСЕРВИС" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 354 000,00 RUB (VAT free).
  3. For Lot No. 3 the Customer ОАО "ТГК-1" shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "ЭНЕРГОСЕРВИС" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 401 200,00 RUB (VAT free).
