Requirements to the participants:К участию в Конкурсе приглашается любой Участник. Претендовать на победу в данной процедуре может Участник, отвечающий следующим требованиям:
- обладающий гражданской правоспособностью для заключения договора (должен быть зарегистрирован в установленном порядке и др.);
- не являющийся неплатежеспособным, банкротом, не находящийся в процессе ликвидации или реорганизации. На имущество Участника в части, существенной для исполнения договора, не должен быть наложен арест, его экономическая деятельность не должна быть приостановлена. В отношении Участника не должны проводиться процедуры банкротства;
- обладающий всеми необходимыми для выполнения договора видами ресурсов, компетентностью, квалификацией.
