Payment for the work is done for the actual amount of work done in accordance with the period of work specified in Article 3 of the Agreement, after the parties have signed the certificate of acceptance of the work performed and the certificate of the cost of the work completed according to the approved forms of KS-2, KS- 3, on the basis of the invoice and invoice submitted by the Contractor, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of their signing.
Payment for work is made in a non-cash order by transferring money to the Contractor’s current account or in any other way not prohibited by law by agreement of the parties.
Payment obligations are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are debited from the Customer’s current account.
