100% of the cost of the work is paid no earlier than 45 and no later than 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties without comment on the acceptance certificate of the work performed and a certificate of the cost of the work performed and costs, receipt from the Contractor of all reporting documents stipulated by the terms of the Contract, the original invoice, invoice invoice issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (part 2) of Art. 168, 169 and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2011 No. 1137 (as amended).
