Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Advance payment 10%. Subsequent payments - within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the stages of work with an equal offset of the advance.
Delivery terms:The Contractor ensures the mobilization of people and equipment at the site of the facility under construction, located 120 km from the Severo-Yeniseysk state settlement. Necessary year-round road infrastructure is available

Comments:
Proposals to provide for the scope of work in accordance with subparagraphs 1 and 2 of section 12 of the TOR.
The work is carried out by the materials of the Customer, forces, equipment and machinery - the Contractor. The customer provides the Contractor with the required number of places in the rotational camp, provides food on a reimbursable basis.
The term of work is up to 31.05.2021.
The cost estimate for the contract is prepared by the Contractor.
The organizer reserves the right to re-track to which the Participants who have submitted the best offers will be admitted.
Note: this request for prices is not a competition notice (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
