Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:On acceptance of work stages
Delivery terms:The contractor mobilizes people and equipment at the site of the site under construction, located 120 km from Severo-Eniseysk. There is a necessary year-round road, social and household infrastructure.

Comments:
The works are carried out by the Customer's materials, machinery, and by the Contractor's forces. The Client provides the Contractor with the required number of seats in the camp, and provides meals on a reimbursable basis.
The Contractor prepares the estimated calculation for the contract.

Note: This request for prices is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
