Comments: in accordance with Ch. 1 and Ch. 2 of art. 2 Federal law of the Russian Federation from 18.07.2011 № 223-FZ "On purchase of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities", the request of prices is carried out in accordance with the uniform standard of purchases of PJSC "grids" (regulation on purchases), approved by the decision of the Board of Directors PJSC "IDGC Center" (Protocol № 27/15 of December 29, 2015), in accordance with part 4 of art. 447 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation the request for prices is not tender and is not regulated by the norms of art. 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of the second Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer has the right to refuse all received applications for any reason or to stop the procedure of price request at any time, without carrying any liability to the participants.
