Payment terms:
The contract price (the completed work stage) is paid by the Customer with a grace period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the Acceptance Certificate of Completed Works, the Acceptance Certificate Completed by the Construction of the Facility, provided that the Contractor provides the Customer with a complete set of documents in accordance with 3.2.2, 3.2.3 of the contract. Payment of the Contract price is made by the Customer by cashless transfer of funds to the settlement account of the Contractor, or otherwise provided by the Contract and / or the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Comments: 1. Scope of work: in accordance with the technical task of the Customer.

3. Obligations of the participants of the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals shall be provided by a penalty of not less than 2% of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (including taxes).
4. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to carry out the price regulation procedure.
5. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who offered in aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
6. The contract on the results of the request for proposals, if the winner is determined, will be concluded within 20 (twenty) calendar days, but not less than ten calendar days from the date of the protocol on the results of the procurement to the EIS.
7. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for the acceptance of the Proposals specified in the Notice of Request for Proposals with notification to all participants.
