Auto-extension

Payment terms:
For SMSP: Payment of the Contract price (executed Works) is made by the Customer on the fact of performance of all works under the contract and achievement of the result of works with delay not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of acceptance of executed works, Certificate of acceptance of the completed construction of the Facility, provided the Contractor submitted a complete set of the following documents:
ü signed by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of executed works (Form KS-2);
ü signed by the Parties of the Certificate on the cost of work performed (form KS-3),
ü signed by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the completed construction of the Facility (Form KS-14),
ü Copies of the Certificates of acceptance of the full set of Executive/Technical/initial-Permitting (including permission for commissioning)/Operational documentation signed by the Parties,
ü of the original account;
ü of the original invoice,
Subject to the absence of claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and terms of Work performed.
For Non-SMSP: Payment of the Contract price (executed Works) is made by the Customer on the fact of performance of all works under the contract and achievement of the result of works with delay 30-60 (thirty-sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of executed Works, the acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Facility, provided the Contractor submitted a complete set of the following documents:
ü signed by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of executed works (Form KS-2);
ü signed by the Parties of the Certificate on the cost of work performed (form KS-3),
ü signed by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the completed construction of the Facility (Form KS-14),
ü Copies of the Certificates of acceptance of the full set of Executive/Technical/initial-Permitting (including permission for commissioning)/Operational documentation signed by the Parties,
ü of the original account;
ü of the original invoice,
Subject to the absence of claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and terms of Work performed. Payment of the Contract price is made by the Customer by means of cashless transfer of funds to the current account of the Contractor or otherwise stipulated by the Agreement and/or the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The Obligations of the participants of the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals shall be provided with a penalty of 2% of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (including taxes). If the initial (maximum) price of the contract does not exceed five million rubles the requirement to ensure the application for participation in the purchase is not established.
3. The Organizer of the request for proposals may conduct the procedure of price regulation.
4. The Winner of the request for proposals will be chosen by the participant, who offered the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The Agreement on the results of the OZP shall be no earlier than ten days and not later than twenty days from the date of placement in the EIS of the final protocol drawn up by the results of the OZP.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for the acceptance of Proposals, established in the Notice of request for proposals with the notification of all participants.
