Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract price shall be made by the Customer in the following order:
- Payment of advance payment is not provided;
- Calculations for performed and accepted Works in the manner and under the conditions stipulated by 3.2.2. of this Agreement.
- The final calculation in the manner and under the conditions provided for in 3.2.3. of this Agreement.
P. 3.2.2. Payment of the Contract price is made by the Customer on the fact of the executed Stage of Work under the Contract, taking into account the final calculation (guarantee deduction) in the amount of 10% of the Price of the executed Stage of works, in accordance with 3.2.3. Agreement, with a delay of not less than 30 and no more than 60 calendar days-If the participant does not belong to the SMSP (with a delay of not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days-if the participant belongs to the SMSP), from the date of signing the Act of acceptance of the completed Works (Form KS-2), Provided the Contractor is presented with the complete set of the following documents:
- signed by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of executed works (Form KS-2);
- signed by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the completed construction of the Facility (Form KS-14) (used in the delivery of works on the last Stage of Work on the Contract and transfer of the Result of work under the Agreement);
- signed by the Parties of the Certificate on the cost of work performed (form KS-3);
- Copies of the Certificates of acceptance of the full set of Executive/Technical/initial-Permitting (including permission for commissioning of the Object-is used at the completion of work on the last Stage of work on the Contract and the transfer of the Result of work under the Contract)/ Operational documentation (if applicable) signed by the Parties;
- the Act on the form of Vn-M-05 signed by the Parties in accordance with clause 7.2. Contract (used in the performance of the Contractor dismantling work on the relevant Phase of work);
- of the original account;
- of the original invoice,
Subject to the absence of claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and terms of Work performed.
P. 3.2.3. The Customer shall make the final calculation (payment of the guarantee deduction) in the amount of 10% of the Contract price on the fact of achievement and transfer of the Contractor to the Customer the Result of work with a delay of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days-If the participant does not SMSP (with a delay of not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days-if the participant belongs to SMSP), from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Facility (Form KS-14), provided the Contractor submits a full set of Following documents:
- signed by the Parties of the acceptance certificate of the completed construction of the Object (Form KS-14)
- Copies of the Certificates of acceptance of the full set of Executive/Technical/initial-Permitting (including permission for commissioning)/Operational documentation signed by the Parties;
- the Act on the form of Vn-M-05 signed by the Parties in accordance with clause 7.2. Contract (used in the performance of the Contractor dismantling works under the Contract)
- positive conclusion of the industrial Safety examination of the project;
- Act of acceptance of restored elements of accomplishment and gardening after construction (reconstruction, repair) of networks of engineering-technical support and other objects;
- of the original account;
- of the original invoice,
Subject to the absence of claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and terms of Work performed.
Payment of the Contract price is made by the Customer by means of cashless transfer of funds to the current account of the Contractor or otherwise stipulated by the Agreement and/or the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The Obligations of the participants of the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals shall be provided with a penalty of 2% of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (including taxes). If the initial (maximum) price of the contract does not exceed five million rubles the requirement to ensure the application for participation in the purchase is not established.
3. The Organizer of the request for proposals may conduct the procedure of price regulation.
4. The Winner of the request for proposals will be chosen by the participant, who offered the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The Agreement on the results of the OZP shall be no earlier than ten days and not later than twenty days from the date of placement in the EIS of the final protocol drawn up by the results of the OZP.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for the acceptance of Proposals, established in the Notice of request for proposals with the notification of all participants.
