Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract price (performed Works) is made by the Customer upon the completion of all works under the contract and achievement of the result of works with a delay of not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) ( not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days, if the contract is concluded with SMSP) from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance of the performed works, the Certificate of Acceptance of the completed construction of the Facility, provided that Submission by the Contractor to the Customer of a complete set of the following documents:
- Certificate of acceptance of performed works signed by the Parties (form KS-2);
- signed by the Parties of the Certificate on the cost of the work performed (form COP-3),
- signed by the Parties of the Certificate of acceptance of the completed construction of the Object (form KS-14), (form KS-11);
- Copies of the Acceptance Certificates of the complete set of the Executive/Technical/Initial Permission (including permission for commissioning of the Facility)/Operating Documents signed by the Parties;
- Acceptance certificate of restored elements of improvement and landscaping after construction (reconstruction, repair) of engineering and technical support networks and other objects, in accordance with item 22 of technical assignments; $
- signed by the Parties of the act in the form of Bn-M-05 in accordance with paragraph 7.2. Contract (applicable when the Contractor performs dismantling works);
- original account;
- original invoice, $
provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and terms of the works performed. The failure to provide any of the documents that are the basis for payment (points 3.2.2), or the violation of the deadline for submission of any of these documents is the basis for delay by the Customer payment at the time of the delay.
Payment of the Contract Price shall be made by the Customer by means of non-cash transfer of funds to the Contractor's settlement account, or by other means provided by the Contract and/or the current legislation of the Russian Federation.$
