Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract price (performed works) shall be made by the Customer upon completion of all Works under the Contract and achievement of the result with a delay of not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days, (if the contract is concluded with a small and medium business subject with a delay of 15 (Fifteen) working days), from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance of the performed works ( Form KS-2), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
ü signed by the Parties of the Certificate of acceptance of the completed construction of the Object (form KS-14, KS-11);
ü Certificate of acceptance of performed works signed by the Parties (form KS-2);
ü Certificate of the cost of the work done (form COP-3) signed by the Parties;
ü originals of positive conclusions, examinations, approvals, permits issued by specialized organizations for documentation;
ü Copies of the Acceptance Certificates of the complete set of the Executive/Technical/Initial Permission (including permission for commissioning of the Facility) /Operational Documents signed by the Parties;
ü Acceptance certificate of restored elements of improvement and landscaping after construction (reconstruction, repair) of engineering and technical support networks and other objects, in accordance with item 21 of the technical assignments; $
ü original account;
ü original invoice issued on the basis of the Certificate of Acceptance and Acceptance of Works and handed over to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of performance of the work,
provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and terms of the works performed.
Payment of the Contract Price shall be made by the Customer by means of non-cash transfer of funds to the Contractor's settlement account, or by other means provided by the Contract and/or the current legislation of the Russian Federation.$
