Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract price (performed Works) shall be made by the Customer upon completion of all works under the contract and achievement of the result of works with a delay of not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days, (*15 working days for small and medium-sized businesses) if the contract is concluded with the subject of small and medium-sized businesses with a delay of 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance of the performed works (form KS-2), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
ü Certificate of acceptance of performed works signed by the Parties (form KS-2);
ü signed by the Parties of the Certificate on the cost of the work performed (form COP-3),
When filling out the form KS-3 by the Contractor, the following columns are mandatory (in full compliance with the Consolidated Estimates): "Order Number"; "Local Estimates Number"; Calculation"; "Name of the stage of work", the columns are arranged in ascending order.
ü signed by the Parties of the Certificate of acceptance of the completed construction of the Object (form KS-14, KS-11);
ü Originals of positive conclusions, Expertise, approvals, permits issued by the Specialized Organizations for Documentation;
ü Copies of the Acceptance Certificates of the complete set of the Executive/Technical/Initial Permission (including permission for commissioning of the Facility)/Operating Documents signed by the Parties;
ü Acceptance certificate of restored elements of improvement and landscaping after construction (reconstruction, repair) of engineering and technical support networks and other objects, in accordance with item 21 of the technical assignments; $
ü original account;
ü original invoice issued on the basis of the Certificate of Acceptance of Works and handed over to the Customer within 5 calendar days from the date of execution of works, provided there are no claims and requirements from Customer's side by quality and terms of work performed.
.Payment of the Contract price is made by the Customer by means of non-cash transfer of funds to the settlement account of the Contractor, or by other means provided by the Contract and/or the current legislation of the Russian Federation.$
The failure to provide any of the documents that are the basis for payment, or the violation of the deadline for submission of any of these documents is the basis for the delay of payment by the Customer for a period of time Delinquency in the submission of documents by the Contractor.
