Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract price is made by the Customer upon completion of the Stage of Work under the Contract, minus the guarantee deduction in the amount specified in clause 3.2.5. of the Contract (in proportion to the cost of the accepted works), with a delay of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of the completed Works (form CS-2), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- the Certificate of acceptance of the completed works signed by the Parties (form CS-2);
- the Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties of the completed construction of the Object (form KS-14) (used when handing over work on the last Stage of Work under the Contract and the transfer of the Result of work under the Contract);
- a certificate signed by the Parties on the cost of the work performed (form KS-3);
When filling out the CS-3 form by the Contractor, the following columns are necessarily included (in full compliance with the Consolidated Estimate calculation): "Serial number"; "Number of the Local estimate calculation"; "Name of the stage of work", the columns are arranged in ascending order.
- Copies of Acceptance certificates of a complete set of Executive/Technical/The initial Permissive (including the permission to put the Facility into operation – is used when the work is completed on the last stage of the work under the Contract and the transfer of the Result of the work under the Contract) documentation signed by the Parties;
- an act signed by the Parties in the form Vn-M-05 in accordance with clause 7.2. of the Contract (used when the Contractor performs dismantling work on the corresponding Stage of work);
- the original invoice,
provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and timing of the Work performed.
The Customer pays a Guarantee deduction in the amount of 5% of the Contract Price upon the Contractor's achievement and transfer to the Customer of the Result of the work with a delay of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Object (form KS-14), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- the Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties of the completed construction Object (form KS-14)
- Copies of the Acceptance Certificates of the complete set of Executive/Technical/Initial Permissive (including permission to put the Facility into operation)/Operational documentation signed by the Parties;
- an act signed by the Parties in the form Vn-M-05 in accordance with clause 7.2. of the Contract (used when the Contractor performs dismantling work under the Contract)
- the original invoice;
- the original invoice,
provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and timing of the Work performed.
In case of conclusion of a contract with the SMSP:
Payment of the Contract price is made by the Customer upon completion of the Stage of work under the contract, and minus the Guarantee deduction in the amount specified in clause 3.2.5. of the Contract (in proportion to the cost of the work accepted) within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the signed and sent by the Contractor Act of delivery-acceptance of completed works (form CS-2) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
The Customer pays a guarantee deduction in the amount of 5% of the Contract Price upon the Contractor's achievement and transfer to the Customer of the Result of the Work within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed Construction of the Object signed and sent by the Contractor (form KS-14) on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor. The Guarantee deduction is payable to the Contractor in the amount of the difference between the amount of the Guarantee Deduction and the amounts withheld by the Customer due to the Contractor's performance of the secured obligations in accordance with clause 1.7. of the Contract.
Payment of the Contract Price is made by the Customer by non-cash transfer of funds to the Contractor's settlement account, or in any other way provided for by the Contract and / or the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the participants of the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are provided with a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes).

4. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who has proposed the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The contract based on the results of the OPP is concluded no earlier than ten days and no later than twenty days from the date of placement in the UIS of the final protocol drawn up based on the results of the OPP.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Proposals set in the Notice of the Request for proposals with notification of all participants.
